Across America charter schools are facing a crisis. These public schools are struggling to obtain affordable, adequate facilities for their students. Quality educational space is critical to ensuring student success. The Charter School Facilities Initiative will provide important research and data to drive solutions.

Thank you for your interest in the Charter School Facilities Initiative.

Please answer all of the questions below to express interest in participating in the Charter School Facilities Initiative. The information will not be shared outside of the CSFI committee and will only be used to select state participants for this project. Completion of this form does not guarantee program participation or funding.

* While the CSFI team provides the survey, including customizing of the survey in conjunction with your team, the actual survey collection efforts are managed at the state level, with directions and assistance from the CSFI team. Post-survey includes working jointly with the CSFI team to prepare, release, and distribute a state-specific report on the findings. Additional efforts will be taken to prepare legislative documents as needed to assist the states in advancing their legislative goals relating to the survey data.

The CSFI is made possible by a coalition of partners, including the Colorado League of Charter Schools (the League), the National Alliance of Public Charter Schools (the Alliance), the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and the U.S. Department of Education.
